Hello I am Ronja :)
I am a happy and smiling soul. I am traveling around the world to share my love for yoga, mindfulness and well-being.
I'm adventurous, spontaneous and full of energy.
Things I love the most are the ocean, surfing and sunshine.
I am definitely a morning person ;). For me there is nothing more important than our physical and mental well-being. So I strive to live a very healthy lifestyle with a consistent daily practice to enhance my physical and mental health. Over the years this passion of mine has taken over all fields in my life and my purpose has become to share my knowledge and passion with other beings.
My Yoga classes focus on self-empowerment and (inner-) strength. It will help you embrace your body strength and physical limitations to help you have a better relationship with your body - and thus yourself.
My goal is to encourage you to engage in a life that feels aligned to your true potential.
