Combining surf movements like the pop-up with yoga asanas in a flow set to music, it's the perfect prep for surfing or boosting mobility and strength. No surf skills needed to join; we focus on strengthening and stretching, especially hips, core, and shoulders. Guided by breath, we enhance balance. Trust me, there's no better combo than Yoga & Surfing.
